I have such a patch already. I'm attaching it; feel free to use it as
is or as a starting point. Another useful feature which I haven't
implemented yet might be to specify a user to run as; I mostly use
it out of my own procmailrc file so I had no need for that at the
time.
The patch is meant to be applied against vacation-1.2.2 as available
from FreshMeat ( http://freshmeat.net/redir/download/944127405/ ).
