The "\" is there because the vacation man page tells the users to do it
that way. Postifx should cope with it to be backward compatible.

I removed the "\" form the .forward just in case - but that made no
difference.

I already had a "owner-mailinglist-outgoing" but I added
"mailinglist-outgoing-owner" just in case - but that made no difference
either.

The log still shows qmgr giving "unknown mail transport error" after
local is killed with "signal 11".

I've started looking at local/token.c (actually I've only got to the
stage of identifying it as a place to start looking). Debugging postfix
on the production system isn't an option.
