    Please read again what you wrote, and imagine the rest of us trying
to make head and tail of it. Most of us are not very good mind readers,
so please include in your report:

(1) what you wanted to do;
(2) what you actually did;
(3) what you expected to happen;
(4) what happened instead;
(5) some proof for (4) (like logs);
(6) any other data you think might be relevant (like output of
    "postconf -n").
