The problem is, when I previously reported this problem to the
ORBS project, they claimed that this machine should not be listed on
outputs.orbs.org for precisely the reason I mentioned. They are the
ones telling me that this isn't working right.

Look up the entire 195.238.2/24 network in relays.orbs.org and
outputs.orbs.org.
There are only two machines which should show up in either list,
according to what I have been told by the maintainers of the ORBS
project, and one of them hasn't been in operation for many months (I
thought I had asked them to remove that machine when I took it out of
operation and replaced it by the other one, but I can't confirm that
so I won't blame them).
