Hi!
I have a customer here, who runs a Lotus Domino R5 Server.
Postfix is running on a firewall, doing rewriting for the Domino box.
Now I noticed this: The Domino Server of the mother-branch of the company
sends ONE message at a time -- it creates a connection, sends exactly ONE
message, tears down the connection, creates a connection, sends exactly ONE
message, tears down the connection, ... etc.
Argh.
Is that a default? This taks about 5 - 10s per message. There are no
paralles connection attemps being made.
Is Domino really so bad?
