   Btw, how many of you have accidentally executed

        sh INSTALL

instead of

        sh INSTALL.sh

? I managed to do it at least once because I used tab completion and it
turned out differently than I anticipated. But if I'm reading the Makefile
right, you can use

        make install

as well.
