Sure, here is a sample set of virtual files that will do this.

File: virtual1
virtual1.hu accept
john_doevirtual1.hu jdoe234bigbox.hu

File: virtual2
virtual2.hu accept
john_doevirtual2.hu jdoe12bigbox.hu

Then use postmap /path/to/virtual1 and postmap /path/to/virtual2

Then in main.cf you might have an entry like this:
virtual_maps = hash:/path/to/virtual1, hash:/path/to/virtual2

This works on my sites.
