        That's also relevant, but unfortunately it's only a Proposed
Standard right now (see <http://www.imc.org/rfc2700>). However,
combined with the IETF Draft I mentioned, and the manner in which RFC
1123 can obviously be construed, the intent is patently clear and it
is obvious that this will be enforced from multiple directions.
