Postfix will handle ETRN automatically, you don't need to do
anything special.

Unfortunately, when the client connects and does an ETRN, this
will cause postfix to flush the entire mail queue, and not just the
mail for that one domain. This is one area of significant weakness
in the current code -- it's forcing me to keep our backup MX server
that we operate for our business customers running sendmail.

It can't. You've defined all mail for that virtual domain to go
to the mailbox, so they need to use POP3, IMAP, or somesuch to pull
down all that mail, just like any other MUA.

        Nope.

Leave it in your mail queue, destined for that particular remote machine.
