Apart from your questions, will the ETRN clients have fixed ip
addresses? This is the only security ETRN provides against
bandeeDoS.org stealing all your domains' mail via ETRN simply calling
up postfix and saying ETRN whatever.dom.
In postfix transport.map
sometrndom.it smtp:[fix.ed.ipdr.ess]
... to tell postfix to relay/next-hop etrndom.it's mail ONLY to
fix.ed.ipd.ress, or maybe that should a defer transport.
I mention this gotcha because many in the Imail list want to provide
mail-relay via ETRN to mail servers that are frequently behind
dial-up lines and dynamic ip's.
