I have a patch to postconf that introduces an option -l that shows the
locking types that Postfix uses. That patch was originally for 20000514,
I have adjusted it to the changed directory structure of 20000924.
Here is a sample output:
$ postconf -l
flock(2)
dotlock
The patch is available as postconf-option-l-20000924.diff at
http://home.pages.de/~mandree/postfix/ -- apply with -p1 after you cd'd
into the top level of the unpacked postfix source tree. It's symlinked
to postconf-option-l.diff.
I'm keeping the patch against the May snapshots as
postconf-option-l-20000519T0202.diff.
