Lusers tend to forget they'd need to update their chroot if they change
libnss* stuff or sort of things, and RPM %post scripts are
one-shot. Might be the reason. Another might be to not install daemons
in a half-working, half-dead way as happens.
SuSE should make sure it shoots away its feet before it's configured.
