Subject: Postfix sending on port 25 but listening on a different port?

Hello all:

I am trying to get configured the Trend InterScan VirusWall 3 software, and
I've run into a hiccup. I'll explain briefly what InterScan does first,
though.

InterScan listens on port 25, recieves the Email, scans it for virii, and
either forwards it to the real MTA or composes a bounce message and forwards
*that* to the MTA. The MTA, of course, listens on a non-standard port and so
only InterScan knows to send to it.

I have edited my /etc/services file to change the smtpd 25/tcp line to
"5000/tcp". But lo and behold the darn MTA not only *listens* on port 5000,
but it tries to send to other mailservers on 5000. In effect, I've broken my
ability to send Emails out.

How can I configure postfix to listen to port 5000 but send to port 25?

Thanks,
