Have you ever tried reading the documentation?
Anyway:
Insert
check_sender_access = hash:/etc/postfix/sender_access
in any of your UCE restrictions and into /etc/postfix/sender_access
write:
bomber.com REJECT
to reject all mail with a sender address
bomber.com
