Apart from resenting the implication,
Subjects should be base-64 encoded.

If you really want to dispose of Japanese email:

        Content-Type: text/plain; Charset=ISO-2022-JP

Should be sufficient to get the doze crowd.

You might want to add a couple of known Japanese spamware
clients here.

        X-Mailer: Achi-Kochi Mail Lite ver1.00
        X-Mailer: Achi-Kochi Mail ver1.04

definitely spamware.

the home page says, send 1 mail to a thousand people!
http://www.inac.co.jp/shiroyagi/index.html
and they have been doing too -.-

        X-Mailer: Direct Email v0.22

not strictly J, but showing up a lot in the loliloli pr0n spam.

And of course, it goes without saying that
        ns anything jp
is an open spam relay.
