Are you considering the case of the letters in a Username significant (ie:
Can you have separate users called JOE, joe, JOe or do you consider them
the same UserID?). If the latter (ie: The case does not matter), then just
go though your user list and lower-case all the names. If the former, they
you have problems until the fix code is written (unless there are no
intersections, in which case you can still do the lower-case pass).
