You want to be secondary MX for so if the primary MX is down, all mail
should go to your box and be queued there. Correct?
For that:
* must be in relay_domains
* the UCE restrictions MUST contain something like check_relay_domains
What's in the log when a mail for eml-uk.com, bounces?
