Hi,
I have to configure a mail system for my university.
We are setting up a new domain(cet.ac.in). I have
installed postfix on a machine and is running fine.
The details are as follows.
I have a machine called jagath.cet.ac.in and if anyone
sends mail to user
jagath.cet.ac.in it is delivered.
What I want:
user of ece dept should have a mail id like
user
ece.cet.ac.in
similarly one from civil dept should have a id like
user
civil.cet.ac.in
At the moment, for all users there is only one
machine.
In the future only we will have seperate mail servers
for different depts.
How do i configure this? We control the dns for
cet.ac.in
Thanking you in advance
