Does anyone know
if there is any pop3 demon wich permits
to configure maximum number of logins/time per user.

Our users set their mail client to autocheck for
new mail each 1/2 minutes. I do not want them
to generate so much traffic and I would like to
set up a policy like "no more than 10 pop3 checks
per user each 60 min." or something like that.
