You can of course simply use netcat for that purpose -- search the
archive, Wietse once posted such a soution.

No, the fast flush service for ONE domain is in the snapshots, and it
can only be triggered using ETRN on port 25 -- thus I suggested
fetchmail as a "frontend"

You can (with a recent snapshot) flush on a per-domain basis, one domain
at a time (via ETRN), or all at once (via "postfix flush")
