While investigating where a customer's mail went I found that the trail
of syslog messages disappeared.
We are running Postfix-19991231-pl12
Messages to this customer were being deferred because their mailserver
(actually the mailserver of another ISP they use) was rejecting connections.
I see the logs showing delivery attempts and deffers, but they suddenly stop
with no bounce log or delivery log. See the examples below:

These are the last two lines logged relating to message 0375C34449
I have another message, to the same customer, that ends similarly. Does
anyone have a recommendation on what may have happened, what I can change
to improve this.
