    Well, if you're looking to fallback after a 5xx error which is what
    you'll get from someone using the DUL, then you won't be satisfied
    with this. The fallback_relay *only* does fallback to the other host
    in these two cases: "a message destination is not found, or if a
    destination is unreachable" (to quote the sample-smtp.cf file).

    I'd like to have a tweak to this so that any deferred message also
    gets sent to the fallback relay host. For example, for timeouts and
    such.

    If you're worried about being blocked via DUL, then you need to use a
    relay_host, not a fallback_relay host.
