And as Michael mentioned, mini_sendmail (which is available from
<URL:http://www.acme.com/software/mini_sendmail/>) was written for
precisely that purpose: to provide a working /usr/sbin/sendmail
executable within a chroot jail, which implements the cmdline
interface and delivers the email via SMTP to localhost.
