Running OpenBSD 2.8 and tried to install Postfix Beta 19991231
    Patchlevel 13.

I followed the INSTALL doc. and ran the install as root from the
directory it was in (/home/user1/postfix-19991231-pl13 ):

    sh INSTALL.sh
    Error Msg : INSTALL.sh [288]: bin/postconf: not found

I then tried to run it again as root in the same directory and
this time I received the following error:
    install_root: [/] tempdir:
    [/home/user1/postfix-19991231-pl13] config_directory: [/etc/postfix]
    INSTALL.sh: bin/postconf: not found Terminated

I found one unhelpful answer, said that "INSTALL.sh needs to be a bit
smarter..." Not very helpful. What am I doing incorrectly?

    Thanks, -Benny
