Oops, I meant to ask off_t, not size_t.
What is the off_t on newer i386 Linux kernels? I am not too worried
about Postfix off_t portability problems, because it already works
correctly on i386 4.4 BSD systems which had 64-bit file offsets
for as long as I can remember.
