there is no cron job. the changes are made when pop-before-smtp is
"woken up" again. so, say 35 min. pass since the first user was
granted relay access, but no one else has tried to send mail since
then, then that user still has relay access. then, after 35 min or
so, someone else decides they want to send mail. they connect,
pop-before-smtp scans its database, sees the first entry has timed out
and deletes it. now, there is the issue of people maintaining relay
access longer after you wish, but i'd be surprised if you don't see
that much traffic, and when the user, more than likely on a dial-up
connection gets a new IP, he himself would have to reauthenticate.
