Works for me. You need a Postfix that support multiple relayhosts.
Wietse
# postconf relayhost
relayhost = redhat62 spike
# echo foo | mail wietse
# Mar 6 14:56:15 tail foobar/pickup[929]: 117E46AA90: uid=0 from=<root>
Mar 6 14:56:15 tail foobar/cleanup[935]: 117E46AA90: message-id=<20010306195615.117E46AA90
tail.porcupine.org>
Mar 6 14:56:15 tail foobar/nqmgr[930]: 117E46AA90: from=<root
porcupine.org>, size=293, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Mar 6 14:56:15 tail foobar/smtp[937]: connect to redhat62.porcupine.org[168.100.189.23]: Connection refused (port 25)
Mar 6 14:56:15 tail foobar/smtp[937]: 117E46AA90: to=<wietse
porcupine.org>, relay=spike.porcupine.org[168.100.189.2], delay=0, status=sent (250 Ok: queued as 25EF5BC06D)
