    BTW: Your patch applies on release w/o problems as w/ snapshort.
    as about your installation notes:

    % cd snapshot-20010228
    % patch < snapshot-20010228-whoson.patch

    I had to do 'patch -p0 snapshot-20010228-whoson.patch' after 'cd
    snapshot-20010228' .
