On Tue, 03 Apr 2001, Michael Leone spewed into the ether:
    > OK; I'm a newbie; how do you get a transcript of the conversation between
    > postfix and the mail server it's trying to deliver to?
    > Or between postfix and whatever is connecting to it?
    How about sniffing?
    tcpdump/ethereal?
I would actually recommend ethereal in this case, it has the ability
to follow streams, and a GUI frontend that makes it easy for a newbie.
http://zing.ethereal.net (IIRC, or as always google is your friend)
tcpdump should be available on your distribution CD (or a google search
    should find it)
