    Hmm "some" clients

    Sounds like Ralf is right and this is a LF / CRLF issue. I had something
    similar where one customer's client would mangle LF in a text attachment to
    CRLF and screw up a data import.

    Any information on what clients?

    To list: Does sendmail "adjust" LF to CRLF or something? I know some
    Win-based MTAs can do this.
