Does such a patch exist ?

This request is similiar to the one I raised last week. I believe that
there is a need to have control over the UCE, Header & Body checks and
Content-filter. I would like it to be on a per domain basis but it
would seem some would like the granularity down at the user level.

Has anyone considered adding a map that can be consulted when these
checks are done ? I haven't looked at the code so I don't know how hard
it would be. Is there any possibility of adding something along these
lines ? I would be prepared to give it a go, time permitting, if others
    thought it would be worthwhile.
