No. It wasn't present in the version of Solaris we were using, I think.
After a consideration of the risks and the benefits, we decided to put
the Postfix spool on its own filesystem and make that filesystem async
using the "fastfs" program. That was at a different site from the one
I've been posting about recently, btw.
