    Has anyone seen or written anything that could use spamcop's stats to
    block spam?

    I was thinking a cron job to scoop addresses from:

    http://spamcop.net/w3m?action=inprogress&type=email

    and add them to the header checks file would probably catch a worthy
    amount of spam.
