Hi,

There are a number of messages in active queue for a long time (4 hours).
Why aren't these messages going to the deferred and why does postfix keeps
trying to send the messages.

maximal_backoff_time = 4000
minimal_backoff_time = 1000

which configuration needs to be changed so that after trying 3 or 4 times
for a down or slow site the messages should go to deferred or bounce.
