Hi
Suppose a server that do relaying of some domains.
If postfix receive an email with the field "from" incomplete or empty, it
will complete it using "myorigin" or MAILER-DAEMON
myorigin.
For multiple domain, it's not possible to know the real origin and do the
right rewrite.
What to do usualy ?
Second question.
Some programs are runnig on the server : cron that send stdout and stderr to
root by default, other monitoring programs that send warning to root too, and
postfix that send alert to postmaster.
How to set myorigin for that local user on the server : root, postmaster, and
other admin receive these e-mail ?
I mean, if I do
# echo hello | mail root
I want the email follows the rules in the alias database, this mean that
email are sent to my local account "asx" and then forwarded following the
local ~asx/.forward.
Thanks
