I am creating a new mail server, so that my mail
server is separate from my web server.
That way, if my web server goes down, I still
have email functionality.

My current mail server uses mbox's in /var/spool
I would like to use maildir's with separate files
for each email. I know that postfix supports this
but I can't find where in the documentation
it shows how to do this.

Anyone have a url for that doc?
