Postfix ignores the host name, i.e. it gives such hosts the same
treatment as hosts that have no reverse mapping.

Be prepared to lose a lot of mail. There are a lot of lazy network
administrators who do not set up a reverse mapping. You would not
be able to receive mail from such networks.
