Aha. In the Postfix mysql client, there are several instances of:
msg_warn("%s", mysql_error(host->db));
These are probably responsible for the "Too many connections"
warnings.
I'll make the warning a little more descriptive by adding some
context.
You need to crank up ypur mysql server limits.
