This is what you meant.
a) The Postfix queue manager maintains a limited, short-term list of
unreachable destinations. This list helps it to avoid unnecessary
delivery attempts, especially with destinations that have a large mail
backlog.
b) Postfix sends a mail with at most smtp_destination_recipient_limit
recipients, mails with larger number of recipients are broken up
into multiple mails with smtp_destination_recipient_limit
recipients each.
c) Postfix sorts the recipients by domain and then sends the
multi-recipient mail to the machine handling the mail.
