    I had been thinking of transport_maps for figuring out which server
    to send mail to for a particular domain, and virtual for the
    validation and UCE checking.

    No overhead? I guess if i would just use transport_maps to deliver
    mail to other servers this would take less effort then when i would
    do additional lookups in the virtual and/or UCE tables..
