I have recently set up a postfix based mail virus scanning system,
which is working well.
However once mail is scanned all mail gets relayed to an (ech!) exchange
box, which does all manner of annoying things to the mail, for one
stuffing up attachments.
Because of this we wish to grab mail for specific users at the postfix
system and relay that to another linux mail server _without_ it going
through the exchange box.
What is the prefered way to do this? I cant use aliases as the address is
not local, I cant use the redirect, as I want the mail to transperently go
through rather than return a "user has moved" message, and I cant use
transport tables as I want that domain to go through the exchage box by
deafault. In sendmail you would just add an alias.
Help appreciated,
Ant
