    Yes, and that's potentially even more important for a modular mailer
    like Postfix than a monolithic one like Smail where the SMTP client can
    figure out right at the time it validates the "RCPT TO:" whether or not
    it is able to deliver (or forward) the message to the specified
    recipient.
