Two possibilities:
1 - Something connected to the Postfix SMTP network port and
disconnected before sending an SMTP command.
2 - Something executed "sendmail -bs" and terminated before
sending an SMTP command.
Whether or not this is a problem depends on what your machine
was trying to do at the time.
