Nope.
$ postconf -d local_destination_concurrency_limit
local_destination_concurrency_limit = 2
But that doesn't matter. If you're using maildir, you can have multiple
simultaneous deliveries. It may or not be faster to allow them, however.
(Oh, and don't mess with local_destination_recipient_limit - the default
is 1, and you need it to stay that way.)
