    yup... it's very nice. but as mutt is one of very, very few MUAs that
    use this feature, it's of limited utility. i think that as a general
    rule, the people who use mutt are probably the _least_ likely to cc
    someone on reply unless they've specifically asked to be cc'd.

    i have wished countless times that other peoples' mailers would respect
    this header... however i think that day will be long in the future.

    i submitted a feature request with the pine developers for this (since
    i'm sick of pine users at work hitting 'group-reply')... but i am not
    holding my breath. the chances of outhouse and nutscrape developers
    adding this feature in the near future are even slimmer.
