With majordomo, one can set two lists, e.g: postfix-users and
postfix-nomail. Let users decide which list is more suitable for his
need :-) just don't include postfix-nomail into 'outgoing' alias.

We need to specify those two list into 'allow post' variable.
I don't remember the exact name of the variable.
