My personal favorite would be a wolverine.... that's one creature almost everything backs down from (I even saw a Grizzly back down from one on TV.... truly awe inspiring!)

My understanding is that O'Reilly generally picks the cover. Though
I believe the author has some veto power if they are terribly unhappy
with the choice.
