    Thanks everyone,

I was so close to B&N today, I just went ahead and picked up a copy. I also
stumbled across Ted Mittlestaedt's FreeBSD book. At first glance, it
appears to be very well written. He included a section on email.

I think that I need a Postfix specific book. But, I'll keep my eye out for
    that other book.

    Thanks,
    Darren
