You should ask this question to them (your provider) absolutely.
To some extent, it's clearer to look at 'raw' message rather then
using MUA (i.e use any text editor: vi, joe, etc, for this purpose).
What I'm sure is it has nothing todo with qmail/postfix. Simply
because I use the twos quite heavily ;-) Go ask your provider.
