I keep getting mail being sent to undisclosedrecipientsymondhc.com while I
have a header check which should reject anything with the word
UndisclosedRecipients in the header. Here's the mailheader.

I thought that this would reject any mail being sent to an undisclosed
recipient. I keep getting spam this way and would like te get rid of it.
